  1. Help. I got this error massage in my desktop and that it showed me a blue screen.
    Can someone pls advice me?

    I am running on Windows 7 Home.

    Hi, Not sure what is minidumps, but after a certain time, the screen will turn blue and say something like the system was having a crash and there will be a physical memery count, and there is like a word dump at the bottom. something like this.

    Go to C:\windows\minidump. Minidump files have a .dmp extension. Select all the .dmp files. Right-click sending the files to a compressed(zipped)folder and upload the folder as a file just like you posted the other files here. Are you still having problems with blue screens?

    Hi I tried to compress the minidumps but it said access is denied. Yes, I am still having the blue screen problem.
