SNR is signal to noise ratio. I'm pretty sure a higher number here is bad

I think the ISP is the only one who is going to know what their equipment will tolerate. Attenuation is signal loss like touching an antenna with your hand. You are attenuating the signal. Essentially weakening it.

Data rate I see is measured in kilobits per second, More is better =)

CRC would likely be cyclic redundancy check ....probably a reliability check but I don't know if that feature is on if the value is zero.
