Medion Radeon 9600 TX Overheating

    Hi long time no see. I wasn't able to get another video card but I installed my 9600 tx in my old PC. I played 3dmark2001se pro for about 3 1/2 hours with no problems no black screen or anything. So I think the video card is fine. What I didn't told you yet is that my father pulled out the Pentium 4 without pulling the switch so a few of those pins had been bent. (I am not sure if i wrote it good) :giddy: He wanted to clean it because it was dusty

    So I thought that maybe the CPU is broken :unch:

    But what I wrote earlier: I tested my RAM with memtest86 for about 13 hours and with 0 errors, so it's not the RAM what is broken. I tested my CPU with prime95
    Also 0 errors so CPU works fine.

    I'm about to throw this pc out of the window

    Dude long time bo see I bought an Asus N6600GT/TD. Now check if it'll work

    Looks like the ati 9600 tx was fried
