Medival 2: Total War Kingdoms setup error

I tried to set up this game on my new labtop but it gave me this error:This1.03.000 update cannot be applied to the 1.00.000 version of the game. After a few seconds it gave me this error too: Failed to apply updates to Medival 2 total war. Aborting instalation. Please help, thanx.
