Microsoft Edge do not work

Hello friends, I have a problem with my Microsoft Edge. It no longer works and blocks other many programs on my computer. I can't fix or delete it. I want to make an backup from a hardware "C". After that to format hard drive C and reload Windows 10 again. Please, tell me if its good or not?

You MUST be able to login or use the ADMIN account. Then you could delete Edge and reboot

Thank you. That's the problem with not being able to use Edge. When I try, a menu appears that due to a problem Edge can no longer work. I have already copied hard drive C to another hard drive. I want to delete it and then install Windows 10 along with my data copied to the other hard drive. This can take a long time so I am looking for a faster solution.
