    When I am using MS Outlook and after it is on for a wild running about, 7 min.

    and all of a son the New message is gray out and the options is out too, and I cannot send out new mail messages

    Any idea's

    One idea :Tools/options/mail format. UNcheck "Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages"

    Another idea :If you`ve just installed Office,reactivate it.

    Another :Reinstall Outlook.
