This problem may occur if you previously removed Microsoft Office 2003 -04 or Microsoft Office Trial from the computer. The problem occurs because the remove routine of Office incorrectly removes the Ltkrn13n.dll file. The Ltkern13n.dll file is required by Works 7.0.
