Microtek Phantom 330 specifications wanted

I have a Microtek Phantom 330 scanner, it is very old, was released in 1998. Wanting to find the specifications of the scanner but have searched google with no luck. does anyone have any information on this product??

Thanks a bunch, you are a great person! Was looking mainly for the dpi which is 300, can get 1200dpi scanners now for around £30 so just thinking about quality improvement.
