Migrating from VMware to Windows OS

    Hi All
    I'm on an assignment to migrate our test environment ,Oralce 11i apps, ,from VMWare to Conventional servers.I've tried hard to get
    any document on the same but in vain.If anybody knows what document to refer or has a procedure list ,
    pls advise me.
    ours is Oralce E-Business suite on windows server.Client layer has Windows XP machines.
