Missing microsoft files missing from my registry?

I ran a sfc/scan now on my windows ten system. The sfc/ scan now found files that could not be repaired is there anything now that I could to do to repair this problem beside doing a full reinstallation of Windows ten?

Look to see which directories the files should be in -- maybe a System Restore could be effective.
