Mobo fan sounds like dying elephant

My Mobo is an Abit A17 and the Heatsink/fan attached sounds bloody horrible on startup. This started happening a couple of months ago.

So can anyone recomend a replacement for my Mobo fan?

First off, dust it off. Could be dirt.

I'd recommend a Zalman 7000 copper if it fits your mobo. If not, get a Thermalright.
