Monitor choice

Can anyone recomend a 24"-26" LCD monitor that will display 1920×1200 for around £250-£300 with about a 3ms refresh rate?

I have the LG W2486L, it's 24in, 2ms refresh, LED backlit, 2,000,000:1 dynamic contrast, looks very nice and costs about £250 which is not much of a premium for a LED monitor. I guess the only box of yours it doesn't tick is the resolution which is 1920x1080, so you're losing a few pixels. Anyway it depends what you're going to use it for but most new games display in 16:9 as well as 16:10.
