hey, ok yes the first one will work perfectly because the mobo can handle DDR 400 (PC 3200) and the ram that you want is also DDR 400 (PC 3200) so itl all fit and work perfectly. second mobo ram combo will work too its just that the ram that your looking at is DDR 333 (PC 2700) and the mobo can handel up to DDR 400 (PC 3200) but itl still work
