i have a biostar motherboard processor combo part # nf61sm7com59 the cpu is a socket 754 amd sempron/athlon 64 processor.when i installed it and went to start the computer the processor fan starts to turn then stops.the specs say it supports ddr 400/333 memory i have two memory modules one is a pc3200u-30330 512mb ddr 400mhz cl3 and the other is a corsair cmx1024-3200pt xms3200 400mhz 3-3-3-8.will they work with this board? if so will they work installed together?because i can't fiqure out whats preventing the computer from starting.the case is new with a 480 watt power supply.

The Cool and Quiet setting in your motherboard BIOS will often turn off a CPU fan before a computer finishes booting without ill effect. Are you seeing the fan turn off and then aborting the boot sequence by pushing and holding the power button down or is your computer just not staying turned on by itself?
psu is dead wating for new one will see what happens then.
