Motorola Phone Tools Problem

    Hi, i recently got Motorola Phone Tools on my computer to put my songs on my KRZR K1 as ringtones, but when i try to upload the song it says that I'm missing an MP3 Codec....any idea on how i can get this?

    I've tried updating, which there is an update i can get, BUT, when i try and update, it says:

    "This file doesn't have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Set Associations control panel."

    any idea how to do that?
