Mouse Pointer Endpoint Problem

Let me try to say what my problem is, my mouse doesn't "click" on the pointer endpoint, instead it clicks somewhere outside the pointer, near its right side. To further explain my problem, I can't highlight with the mouse pointer endpoint, instead I try to figure out where the endpoint has gone to. This problem shows up a few minutes after starting Windows, I've tried AVG but my problem still shows up. And sometimes after running some programs or games it goes back to normal.

Try choosing another mouse cursor in the mouse properties in control panel in case your current one is corrupt.
