So I got a magic eagle gaming mouse that lights up different colors and has 2 side buttons but the scroll doesn't like to move at a point, so when I'm scrolling its normal but then it gets hard to scroll, then its back to normal. Theres nothing on the scroll that's sticky and the height of the scroll doesn't change. Please help!

Might be how it is set up, might be intended as some kind of weird feature, might be malfunction.
Suggest you go to manufacturer's site and seek support - perhaps there is a user forum where you can talk over what you have happening to this mouse.
