I'm a technical support engineer for a major IT company supporting a major client and today I came across a issue that i find hard to troubleshoot. When the client launches MS Project Pro 2007 and goes to Tools-Enterprise Options-Open Enterprise Resource Pool, the resources appear but as soon as he clicks the open button in the Resource Centre it comes up with a message:
"To perform this action, you need Microsoft Office Project Professional 2007. If you are using this version, verify that a correct account for the computer running Project Server has been set up and selected. To verify the account, on the Tools menu, click Enterprise Options and then click Project Web Access Accounts. If you still cannot perform this action, contact your server administrator to ensure that enterprise features have been enabled on Project Server."
Please help
