MSI KT3Ultra Bios Flash

I would like to know if a person can flash the bios on that MB without a Floppy drive? I will use MSI updater program. And any help/hints on doing it would be vaery helpful as i have never done it before Some how the pins on MB connector for the floppy got broke/bent when my son put it in new case I want to flash so it can handle a Barton 2800 Could i use a portable storage drive using a USB device?

I think I've heard of flashing a bios in Dos. I don't know about usb drives.
