Gday Techspot community:
I have a Acer Aspire E650 MMX1 desktop computer that will not power up anymore.
By this i mean, i get no lights at all on the front of the computer or inside the tower when it's plugged in and when i try to push the power button i get the power pak fan and the cpu fan to spin a maximum of about 5 revolutions and then nothing. The only light i do see is on the back of the tower, which is the network connection port (green light) and this only happens initally when the power at the wall is turn on.
Things i have tried:
Checked power lead, checked power box fuse, checked power button, checked Ram, blew out all dust, unplugged everything and then plugged back in, and checked internal CMOS battery (with multi meter). All of these seemed to be working ok.
I know only a tiny bit about computers, so any help in this matter would be appreciated.
