My comp keeps restaring after load up

  1. my somp keeps restarting after every xp load up, before all this happened i had installed like 4 to 5 fans on the computer, i was thinking that my computer would become cooler, so then i turned on the computer and it wouldn't start up all the way, so i took off all the fans that i had installed onto the computer, then when i restarted the computer again my computer would only start up to the windows xp load screen then it will keep restarting again, and again.

if you decide to format, re-boot and keep pressing f8 until you get the boot order, then put CD as first option, insert CD and press OK, the pc will then go through an auto re-boot. the pc will most likely will ask you to press any key to proceed. from this point follow the instruction.

hope it doesn'y have to come to that:wave:
