My computer does not want to boot

i have a dell computer and it starts out ok but once it gets to the screen where you start safe mode it just starts all over again and never boots. I don't know what's the prblem can you guys please help!

Just incase it doesn't show this, you can tap F8 to get this to appear.

It does sound like your OS could be corrupt which might need a re-install of windows ( I assume your using windows ). Do you have a windows disc or possibly a recovery disc you created when you first got your dell?
