My computer will not turn on

I have a z270 SLI Xtreme mother board, with CPU: Intel(R) Core™ Processor i7-7700K 4.20GHZ 8MB Intel, and a geforce 1080 ti, 32 gb of ddr4 ram.
so I replaced the fans, on my computer, and now it wont start, the fans wont go just a flashing light on the mother board in the mid right part of the mother board
I have tested the power supply and removing the graphics card to see if that were the issue but it still is happining,

Can you go back to old fans? Are the fans the same type (PWM, etc)? Are they connected correctly to the MB?

Often a MB will require a report of proper operation from a sensor. My guess is that this is the problem.
