My GPU is regularly over heating and shutting off, Here are my specs

    640 GB HDD
    8 GB RAM DDR2
    2.6 GHz AMD processor
    NVIDIA GeForce 9100

What is happening?, I run it with the case off and I'm at 95 degrees Celsius

Check there's nothing blocking the fans, like stray wires or or something.
make sure all fans are spinning.
make sure your case and components are dust-free, since dust = heat..
take out your GPU and give it a very good clean, take off the fans if possible and clean the metal heatsink.
do the same for the CPU.
If that still doesn't fix it, either do a driver update, or check that the heatsink is properly seated over the GPU/CPU.
If all else fails, RMA the card.

    Try re-installing the graphic drivers
