My laptop can't detect my HDD

hi guyz, i have problem with my laptop, just now when i power it on to install new OS, theres a weired sound coming from it, then i go to BIos settings then i found out theres no Hdd is being detected, is the wiered sound came from my hdd?or does my hdd is being damage, is there a way to repair my hdd or i need to buy new one?

and by the way im not familiar with laptop though, need your ideas guyz

Hard drive failures are common in laptops. Take the laptop in for service. The tech will replace the hard drive and he may be able to save your files
