My laptop is not starting windows

my laptop doesn't want to start windows when i start it. it goes to a black screen with the cursor on the tpo left hand corner. please help

reinstall windows and post back to see what happens

Seems your laptop can't even find the harddrive.

Go to the bios setup and check your drive.

Also, disable quick boot. this will enable you to see POST results.
