My PC freezes up after running for only a few minutes

    Here's the deal, I added some memory to my computer about a month ago and everything was working just fine. Then one day I started up the system and it just froze after running for about five minutes or so. I rebooted and everything was fine. Over the past couple weeks if I shut down my computer or restart it this problem has continued to occur only now it seems that a reboot is not the answer because it has frozen up about ten time consecutively. Can someone help with a suggestion as to what may be the problem?

    Try removing some of the new memory, or revert back to the old memory for test purposes
