My pc is totally infected

    I got home from uni and I have just logged onto my home pc and I can tell its infected with viruses/spyware. It took a long time to get onto user name screen. Plus, the general working is slow. I have done a hjt log. Please analyse.

    while waiting for the results of analysis...have you tried running anti spyware and anti virus scans? those can be pretty helpful.
