My pc just hangs at random moments

  1. Hi, first of all, when I've started up my pc, I don't autimatically get the correct IP from my provider, I have to do an IP refresh.
    Second, my pc just hangs at random moments. No error message, nothing. once in a while it automatically reboots, but usually i t just hangs.
    Can someone give my advice?

    System is checked for virusses, totally formatted and reinstalled.
    BIOS has been updated to latest version.
    All power saving options in the BIOS have been disabled.

    Mem: 512 3200 RAM
    160GB WD 7200rpm HD
    Video: Radeon 5800 256M

    What OS are you using?

    If none apply then it's back to standard hardware issues like driver conflict (Safe mode start-up can help determine that) Press F8 after POST.
    or overheating, PSU dieing, etc.
