My pc wont startup ) :

ok me and my brother are both worldof war craft players, while my brother was playing wow on his computer he wanted to change the mouse. ok when we changed the mouse it wouldnt want to work, the cursor would not move, so i restarted the computer, and when it turned on it would display the big e (because it is an e machines computer) and then the screen would go blank and it would shut down and restart immediately. can anyone help me? ive already opened up my pc and cleaned it out because it was pretty dirty but it still does the same thing.

Wow, I have the exact same problem, I also have Emachines. Mine doesn't restart it just goes blank after the E logo and I see blinking "_" at the top left corner.

What kind of mouse did you change to? You might need a driver. Also, if you unplugged the mouse while the computer was on, you might have damaged something.
