Heres my scan results, any help appreciated on what to do next

Yo do not appear to be running any antivirus software. This is a huge security risk.

I would like to see an antivirus scan log. You then need to get AVG antispyware to quarantine all the things it found in your log then you need to delete them from quarantine.

Once you have done all that, post a fresh HJT log in this thread and i will see if there is anything left.
