I just finish reformat my PC, while I'm installing software's i notice that my monitor just turn off and and the Fan's inside my computer is not working also the power light is turn red and it's just blinking. what could happen to my PC? Please help me.

Am I to assume that you have successfully installed Windows XP (your other post)?
What software are you installing and after how much time does it tur off?
Did you review the power settings (under screen saver) after you installed Windows?
Also, you never gave any specs on your computer (aside from the o/s) what kind of PC do you have, how old is it?
