Need a graphics Card

Hi all. I'm looking for a graphics card that will enable me to use two monitors as well as run the latest demanding games at at least a reasonable spec. I've never bought one before so I don't really know where to start. Any advice or suggestions would be very welcome.

I think this graphics card along with this PSU for it will be a better combination and will allow for future upgrades as well.
