Need advice on mobo

Hey guys I m trying to decide on a mobo to use with i5 3570k. my options are:
1. MSI Z77A-G43 http://www.msi.com/product/mb/Z77A-G43.html
2. ASR Z77 Extreme3 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157330

which one I sud go for? I be happy if u help guys thanks.

I would personally go with Asrock. I am not a fan of MSI and I have been liking ASRock boards lately.
