hello yesterday i had a new pc :

Did you build the computer yourself?

If yes, then check all connections, and cables etc.

If not, then you should take, or send it back, and have it looked at under the terms of the warranty.

Take it back to the pc store, and have them fix it for you.

This won`t cost you anything as the machine is still under warranty.
