Any one knows a software that I can set to shutdown WinXP completely(power off) ? Thanks in advanced.

Does your system not shutdown when you go to the shutdown menu?

If so, I might not know of a program, but the reason for this is usually because ACPI is disabled.

There is a registry setting you can use to make sure XP shuts itself off on shutdown.. Not sure what it is though. Try www.regedit.com

Where can I enable WinXP's ACPI ? Thanks.

You can also do this through APM if you either need ACPI to be disabled because of conflicts, or if your hardware doesn't support ACPI. Just look under Power options for the APM tab. This is also covered in the above mentioned thread.
