Please got floppys on stanby. Don't lecture me the bumping a thread. I have been a memeber for a while I understand the guidelines, but I need this done A SAP.

Thanks guys/gails

Using AFUDOS assumes the system posts.. and can actually boot off the floppy. Is this assumption correct?

If so, just simply walk to floppy to another PC, go to My Computer, right-click on the A: drive there and select Format... be sure to check "Make an MSDOS boot disk" and let it format.

When it's completed formatting, there will be some .SYS files you can delete and all the KEYx.COM files as well to make more space if you need it. Then simply copy the AFUDOS.EXE and desired BIOS file to the floppy.

When this is done, walk the floppy over to the system you want to flash, go into the BIOS and set it to boot off floppy drive A: and boot off the floppy.

When it finally comes to the A: prompt, simply type:
afudos /i <whatever the bios file you copied earlier is named>

so, if the bios file is like I302273.ROM, you'd type:
afudos /iI302273.ROM

Good luck!

Yea thanks, but I got it before you came along to help me. Thank you though for putting time and effort into typing that.
