Need help with Diamond Stealth S60

I bought the Diamond Stealth S60 Ft. Radeon 7000 on Tigerdirect along with other things to build my first pc, how ever when I got to install WIN XP SP 2 pretty soon after the boot logon screen it keeps restarting it self, the mother board doesnt have any video so that not the issue, I tryed with another video card I have and it works fine, but pretty much I put the Diamond and it keeps rebooting, this pretty much happen after I installed the driver from the CD that came with it... Does any one out there have any similar problem with it or has any answer on how to fix this?

Try to download the driver for it from HERE. Download the S60 driver for your operating system.

I have a radeon 7000 in my server, its only a 64mb with a 150mhz gpu. No problems with that so far, it is pci interface.
