Need to replace PSU in a Dell Vostro 200 Slimline

Do they all fit? Is any of this proprietary? There is a Corsair CX 450 for 30 bucks I can pick up will it fit? The noob

[FONT=Arial]They are not proprietary, however they are TFX form factor rather than the standard ATX form factor which severely limits your options. High wattage units are non-existent in this form factor due to size constraints.[/FONT]

Thanks! I went to Micro Center in Rockville, MD. They actually had one! It was of course the 43 dollar model. Thanks for the help. Believe it or not, it was only his PSU that was ruined in the flood! Thanks again, Ynotbme
