Network Controller, Ethernet Controller, Unknown Device have exclamation marks on it. My laptop is Lenovo IdeaPad 330 windows 10.

I'm having a hard time with my internet connection I'd done so many troubleshooting but it gotten worse. I lost my Ethernet under my settings, and in my device manager I can't see the network adapter anymore and all I can see under other devices were the Ethernet Controller, Network controller and unknown device with yellow warning or exclamation mark. Pls help me. Thanks!

You have lost the motherboard drivers, or at least the network drivers.

As a first effort, I would attempt to restore using a System Restore Point
