Networking Cable Unplugged

helllo there my network cable comes unplugged while its connected well to the hub,there are 14 computers connected to the hub and all work fine bt after one or two days the network cable comes unplugged..then to solve this problem i have to dissconect anyone of the computer and then my network works fine and again if i connect the disconnected computer the cable comes unplugged,in short i have to disconnect any one of my computer for my network to work fine,suggestion recommended urgently..
