New Addition? Google Chrome ALL Bookmarks?

I launched my default Google Chrome browser this morning to see a folder named ALL Bookmarks at the far right of my browser, it opens up vertically. I already have my bookmarks in folders horizontally under the URL bar.Is there a way to get rid of it? Been trying all day, thank you in advance

Going to the chrome://flags and setting "Power Bookmark side panel" to disabled didn't work?

Alright, I was able to get the All Bookmarks folder to show up.

If you have any Bookmarks Saved under the Other Bookmarks Category, move them to a different folder under the Bookmarks Bar

As soon as I add even a single item into the Other Bookmarks Category, the All Bookmarks is then displayed under my Extensions/User Icon

Open the Bookmark Manager to easily select and move them out of this folder.
This would also make sense as to why it suddenly came back after getting rid of it.

All Bookmarks is not listed in the Bookmark Manager.

If there are any bookmarks saved under the OTHER Bookmarks, move them out of this folder to anything under the Bookmark Bar
