New BSOD's after motherboard upgrade

You're using an old version of Memtest86, try this version 5.01:
http://www.memtest.org/
If memtest still hangs, re-seat all the memory modules, even swap their positions and run memtest again to at least 7 passes

Memory is fine...

Alright, I want to try removing the hard drive and see if I get similar symptoms. Is it ok to remove the sata plug while the pc is on?

Figured reinstalling windows would be smart, but no.
Definitely a hardware problem.

After booting from crash and clicking restore on chrome ( and instantly switching tabs ) the system froze again.

It's as if the pc freezes when there is multiple input or alike. I honestly don't really know.

I tried swapping the RAM and I had no freezes anymore, but it's a bit early to call it solved.
I cannot run memtest though, it starts running but now memtest freezes after about 3 to 30 seconds.

"I cannot run memtest though, it starts running but now memtest freezes after about 3 to 30 seconds"... this is a usual indication of bad RAM, but the system can run normally, right?

So far yes.
The RAM has 3 passes after running on 1333 Mhz though.

The bios says my cpu is 43c, but in MIT I can see that the cores are 60/59/57/54c, which is to trust?
