New build boots once, then gets stuck on DRAM LED

I've bought two sets of RAM and am having the same issue.

PC boots fine the first time, no problems whatsoever. I'm writing this post on it now.

However, as soon as I restart the PC, it won't boot and the LED on the mobo is stuck on DRAM. I have to reset CMOS (by removing battery) in order for it to boot again.

The mobo is a Gigabyte AB350-Gaming3
First set of RAM was Team Elite PLus 16GB 2400mhz
Second set is G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 8GB 2400mhz
CPU is AMD Ryzen 5 1500x

Well we could settle this very easily in 2 different ways.

Plan A: Pick up your computer system, walk it over to a window, toss it out completely.

Plan B: Power off the computer, take out both ram sticks, repackage them and send them back for a replacement.

Be sure you read the link I am posting as it'll explain why this is happening.
Gigabyte mentions this ram stick I am linking also works.
