I have changed your thread title to reflect your problem. Please use proper thread titles from now on. Thanks.

You should click on the edit button in your post and give as many details as you can as to what your problem is. This should include your system specs etc.

That way, members will have a better idea of what`s causing your problem.

could someone tell me how to turn my graphic card off in bios. my computer has onboard graphics when i put my moniter lead into the new graphic card my screen turns blank with a message OUT OF RANGE.

You still haven`t given us your system specs, so this is just a guess.

Boot into safe mode, under your normal user name(NOT THE ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT). See how here.> http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial61.html

See if your monitor works then.

If it does, right click on your desktop and select properties, then settings. Set your screen resolution to 1024x768, click apply/ok and reboot your computer. See if that helps.
