new pc case need help big style

    ok iv had this pc for 2 weeks and the display at the top of the case has no light and my windows vista wont let me connect to the internet wirless and my dual layer rewriter wont read disks and it will open and close but not read disks or burn them please help
    System spec:-
    Pentium D 2.8Ghz CPU
    600w PSU
    512Mb RAM
    250Gb Sata HDD
    Dual Layer Rewriter
    512Mb ATI Radeon Sapphire X1600 Pro AGP
    Windows Vista

    Please Help Me
