New PC for Gaming and looking for advice

I am currently playing on a 6-year old Laptop and I decided to get a new PC ,
I live in Germany and the Budget is around 1100-1300 € only for the PC (Peripherals not included)
also 2 Monitors with 144 hz with an IPS panel up to 600€ max. for both
for the OS I want to switch to Linux and aim for a AMD Graphics Card
and my question is ,if I there is something that suits better for the PC
and I am not sure about the Motherboard , Graphics Card and Power Supply especially
most important for me is the performance , I do not prefer any brand so if there is something that can be upgraded please write a suggestion
I mostly intend to play on it and stream and this is what I have come up with: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/MmWFmg
Thank you in advance :)

I've gone with the following:

It's 98 euros more, but the better CPU is worth the extra. To be honest, though, the spec you've selected will still be very capable overall.

Im with 2700X, I believe that the X worth the money (for casual 3d and video editnig)
