New power supply, computer still doesn't work

my computer won't turn on

3 days a go myn power supply of my e machine t 2745 blow out ok
i change it for a brand new power supply but nothing happen, but when i connect the power supply to the mobo a green ligth on the mobo is on i don't know if the problem
with my old power supply could affect any other devvice of my mobo , but check this out power supply brand new and the mobo seems to be just fine please i need somebody to help me out i don't know what to do
