New ram freezes at Bios

I just ordered 2 new sticks of ram. 2Gx2 (4G). I have the following motherboard.

I just ordered the following Ram...

When I put the new sticks of ram in the board and boot the computer, it freezes at the bois screen, will not allow me to enter setup. POST has 1 beep, so good to go there.

Any ideas on what could be causing the problem or options to fix it?

I also just installed 2 new video cards in my system and everything works fine, just problems with the new sticks of ram.

I am using Windows Vista x32

Incorrect or defective RAM. Use one module at a time to see which one might be bad, then run MemTest86 to test the memory for four hours or seven passes, whichever takes longer.
