NFS Underground 2 problem

My problem is when I start the game nothing happens and also a pop up comes out that says that the program is not compatible with windows 7 visuals what shoud I do??

by the way this is my laptop's system

AMD A6-3420M Apu with read on HD graphics
4Gb ram
windows 7 home premium

Disable Aero in Windows, turn to a lower color quality scheme.

I've played NFSU2 on Win7 64 bit, albeit with a dedicated graphics card. It's possible it doesn't like your AMD chip.
